Hoje em dia, somos bombardeados na mídia por corpos perfeitos, malhados e bem treinados. Olhamos para modelos, atrizes e atores nas capas de revistas e ficamos imaginando o quanto aquela pessoa se esforçou para chegar aquele corpo e pensamos que nunca poderemos alcançar padrões como estes. Por que não? As pessoas que ali vemos são humanas como nós e alcançaram seus objetivos com muito suor, dedicação e disciplina. Mas ter um corpo bonito não é a única coisa que realmente importa.
